1. What payment methods do you accept?

After processing (1–3 business days), standard shipping takes 8–13 business days (Monday to Friday).

4. What is your order processing time?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. A free return label is included in the package.

6. How do I start a return or exchange?

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@tsplendor.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right.
