Progressing time : 3-7 working day
Orders placed on Monday to Friday will be shipped out within 7 days.
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out on Monday.
If you have a special case or requirement, please let us know.

4.Order Cancellation:
(1) The customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days.
(2) You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
(3) Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

7.Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time.

7.Tax / VAT:

Please note that any applicable Tax / VAT is the buyer's responsibility, not Tsplendor's. These charges are imposed during customs clearance based on the shipping destination's regulations.

Kindly Notes:

1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

2. It can take a few days after the order is shipped before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

3. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide to return a Tsplendor. product purchased from our website, you must notify us and return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not take ownership of returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center. Please note that we do not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. Those products are subject to the return policies of the respective retailer, and we disclaim any liability concerning the return of such products.

Refund:
1.For non-defective products/no-longer needed products

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A return shipping fee of up to 10% of the product price will be applied for all unopened products upon successful return..


2.For defective products
(1)Within 30 days: All fees and charges were covered for return/exchange/repair.
(2)Over 30 days: If your product develops a fault through normal use* after the initial 30 day return period, you may still be entitled to have your product repaired at no cost under warranty or you can choose partial refund 20%- 80%, The refund depends on the actual problem and situation

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at (support@tsplendor.com).In your support ticket, kindly provide the order number or sales invoice to our customer service representative.

Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return warehouse address, and make arrangements for a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please ensure that you include all the original packaging when shipping the product back to us within 10 days of receiving the return instructions. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your return.

Regular Priced Items Returns
Returns for regularly priced items are accepted within 30 days of purchase from the tsplendor.com website. Tsplendor does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners.

Tsplendor does not accept returns of any items that have been used for any period. You MUST request and receive a Returns Authorization number (RA#). Returns without a RA# will NOT be accepted.

All returned items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items. A 25% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. A refund of the merchandise value, tax less the restocking fee will be refunded upon receipt and confirmation. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
